HabeRae Investments, Inc. specializes in urban infill projects in the urban core of Reno, Nevada.  For every acre of urban infill developed, four acres of open space is preserved, therefore we choose existing city lots as the sites for our projects.  We are able to utilize existing infrastructure, preserve resources and clean up and beautify blighted areas of town.  The results are cutting edge projects for Reno and projects that we are proud to be associated with. 

In a short ten years we have revitalized/renovated more than fifty properties in the urban core of Reno/Sparks.  We have also developed from urban raw land more than 22,000 square feet of quality living spaces.  We are committed to creating homes that are affordable-- without sacrificing style, utilizing green building principles and establishing urban environments that incorporate plants and gardens.
