A classic example of urban infill, 2 on Watt was built on a parceled lot in Old Southwest Reno. The homes are cottage style, with private back yards and public front porches. Our signature "small style with big amenities" continues. Both homes have washer/dryer combos in each, custom tile, beautiful mahogany floors and an abundance of light. Old southwest Reno is one of the best neighborhoods that Reno has to offer with a plethora of older cottages on tree lined streets. These new homes "fit" beautifully into the older neighborhood. This project was completed in 2007.
