HABERAE HOMES

11 on Fourth has been in our portfolio since 2001.  Located on the historic Lincoln Highway, this building began its life as a drive up motel in 1960.   Upon first viewing the property we came upon a great location with wonderful views.  However, the property was in such disrepair the project seemed a little daunting--especially for our first "big" undertaking. 

The property now boasts a beautiful modern makeover and even includes a nice karaoke bar onsite.  Concrete floors, an abundance of light, custom tile, and most important, affordability.  These homes have all utilities included!  On more than an acre, our residents have lots of open space for gardening, enjoying the views of the city, and walking the dog.  Located directly across from Oxbow nature park, the Truckee River and walking paths, this is a great place to call home.
